The Fitness Hub Boxing class utilises the training concepts that boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but typically involves shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads & other circuit based exercises. Our boxing classes are suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.
(High Intensity Interval Training) is a combo class blending Aerobic & Anaerobic training with Body Weight exercises. This class not only improves your endurance but enables you to improve your all over body strength.
Pilate’s workouts focus first on developing strength through the core of the body–the back, abdomen and hips. This provides a foundation to continue working the rest of the body. The concentration is not only on strength but also flexibility and coordination. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class may even get you working up a sweat.
Spin is a high energy class that features a cardio ride on a stationary bicycle to loud and captivating music. Spin is suitable for everyone ranging from beginner to the highly experienced exerciser. The instructor incorporates basic to intermediate techniques with a focus on proper form and offers more challenging options for experienced participants.
Strength is a full body resistance training class designed to improve your strength, muscle tone and general fitness. Using a combination of resistance and bodyweight exercises, strength is suitable and beneficial to all ages and fitness levels.
