Last month saw a pilot study delivered by The Adelaide University Judo Club, in collaboration with Adelaide University's Department of Gerontology, Centre for Research Excellence in Frailty and Health Ageing.

The Dynamic Balance for older Adults Program, was targeted to people over 65 years-old, with the AUJC focusing on improving balance to those participants. The study also taught participants to safely fall, which aimed to help minimise harm.

A group of participants were involved in the study, with the eldest being 87 years-old!

Data from the study was recorded, with the data analysis set to be completed in early 2022.
