INTRODUCING OUR 2025 keynote speaker >>

KEYNOTE SPEAKER

MICHELLE REDFERN

Michelle Redfern is the unapologetically fierce powerhouse reshaping workplace and sports leadership through real, actionable DEI strategies. A globally sought-after expert, she helps businesses and sports organisations move beyond conversation to create real change. Author of The Leadership Compass: The Ultimate Guide for Women Leaders to Reach Their Full Potential and the driving force behind The Advancing Women in Sport Report Series, Michelle relentlessly dismantles barriers for women leaders. When she’s not shaking up the status quo, she’s a seasoned non-executive director and a champion for women’s soaring careers.

Here’s what you can look forward to hearing at Michelle's keynote >>
GAME ON: LEAD BOLDLY TO LEVEL THE PLAYING FIELD
If there’s one thing Michelle Redfern knows, it’s that change doesn’t happen by waiting politely in line. In this International Women’s Day keynote, she brings her signature blend of straight-talking leadership, lived experience, and a healthy dose of determination to inspire audiences to March Forward for women in sport. From the sports field to the boardroom, Michelle has seen firsthand how leadership is about showing up, stepping up, and doing the work. She’ll share how sport shaped her, sharpened her competitive edge, and ignited her lifelong advocacy for women and girls. And she’ll challenge every person in the room to be the kind of leader who doesn’t just admire problems but does something about them. Expect real talk, real stories, and a rallying cry to start leading the change you want to see. Because if not now, when? And if not you, who?
