Coach of the Year: 

Sports coaches can have a great influence in assisting athletes to develop their full potential and can impact the culture of a club. They analyse athlete performances, give skills training and provide encouragement and set the expectations of behaviour. We recognise our highly skilled coaches in several ways, including the Coach of the Year Award.
