Adelaide University Sport and Fitness have several volunteering opportunities through events, clubs and nationals. Volunteering can be a rewarding experience, providing pathways for your career, interests and development. It is also a great way to network and meet new people, and looks great on your resume.
We value our volunteers and have a number of reward incentives in place. There are also a variety of sport awards for volunteers presented at the annual Blues Awards held late in Semester 2 each year.

The University of Adelaide Graduate Award
The University of Adelaide Graduate Award is an employability development program available to all students, to assist you in expanding your skills and extending yourself beyond your degree. The award is designed to complement your studies without extending the time you spend at university, and to fit your individual interests and goals. The key components of the program involve undertaking work experience and volunteering. It is especially beneficial for those who volunteer at club level. You will also attend workshops, develop your resume and prepare a reflection piece at the end of the program.
Participants will receive formal recognition, with the award added to your transcript once you have completed the task.
