General Manager

Overall responsibility for the successful management of AU Sport, including for example, Board and University relations, financial reporting, strategic business plan formulation, facility development and staff coordination.

Lead and manage the strategic, operational and financial aspects of Adelaide University Sport and The Fitness Hub. Develop strong and sustainable relationships with Adelaide University, their sporting clubs and the broader community. Responsible for team and facility management, stakeholder relationships, sector engagement and operational success for the organisation.

Sports Development and Strategic Partnerships Manager

Responsible for the day-to-day support and direction of Adelaide University Sport affiliated clubs and delivering competitive and social sport to students, staff, alumni and community. Leads the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships, grants and sponsorship.

Senior Project Officer

Responsible for Adelaide University Sport governance, specifically the review and update of policies and procedures.

Club Development Coordinator


Provides assistance to clubs with organisation operations, governance, risk management and marketing. Also oversees AU Sport Risk Management, Club Development and Leadership Program website support, IV Sport Program and community events such as City Bay. Contributes to the development of strategic projects, marketing and communications.

Administration Officer

Facilities Coordinator

Responsible for managing facilities bookings, club reports, finances, insurance program and general enquiries. Charlie also manages special events, including annual Blues Awards.

Intervarsity Events and Student Engagment Officer 

Manages events, including O Week,UniSport Australia events, Sports Week and the Vice-Chancellor's Cup. Contributes to the development of strategic projects, marketing and communications. Provides assistance to clubs with grants, sponsorships/scholarships, marketing, club and policy development, succession planning and committee management

Marketing and Communications Officer

Manages marketing and social media for Adelaide University Sport, promoting the achievments of clubs and athletes, as well as sport and fitness opportunities to students on and off campus.

Social Sport Program Coordinator

Coordinates the Adelaide University Sport School Holiday Program and Social Sport Calendar with Emma. Assists with marketing and social media activity. Manages AU Sport general events such as Blues Awards, AGM's, Sports Council and also coordinating the Adelaide University Sport 125 Year Anniversary for 2021.

Social Sport Program Coordinator

Primarily responsible for the coordination, implementation and evaluation of a Social Sport on Campus.. Also designs components of the Social Sport on Campus program to maximise student engagement through running a volunteer program for students to get involved. Also coordinates the school holiday sports program with Brooke for primary school aged students utilising Adelaide University Sport facilities in partnership with its clubs.

Club Support Officer - Racquet Sports

Providing operational support and guidance to Adelaide University affiliated racquet sport clubs and information, guidance and training to relevant club committees and members regarding Adelaide University Sport requirements and procedures. Facilitating opportunities for student participation in racquet sports (social and competitive) including intervarsity competition.
