Adelaide Uni Sport and UniSA Powerlifting are teaming up for our first-ever Novice Powerlifting Comp!
The competition will be run using a modified USA Powerlifting ruleset and will comprise a full three lift meet- Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.
It will be held 19th of August at The Fitness Hub, Adelaide University's on campus gym. Entries will open soon and close on the 5th of August, so be sure to register your interest before then.
