Run Club is a social running group session for Adelaide University Sport and Fitness (AUSF) members. It's a great way of making new friends, keeping active, and getting fit.
We'll be running one session every Wednesday from 12.00 - 1.00pm, kicking off on Wednesday 30 August.
Sessions will involve running along the River Torrens and/or either to and around Park 10 or 12, and it may include easy run, tempo run, Fartlek, intervals, and drills.
Classes will cater to beginners as well as more experienced runners, and registrations are essential.
