Step into Wellness with Walking Wednesday!

Looking for a safe, social, and energising way to get moving? Join Walking Wednesday, where you can connect with others, enjoy the outdoors, and boost your fitness - all in a supportive group setting!

Led by an AU Fitness Hub trainer, we’ll explore different walks each week, incorporating functional movement exercises to enhance your strength and mobility. Whether you're looking to unwind, challenge yourself, or simply enjoy some fresh air, this is the perfect 'hump day' reset.

Walking with others not only keeps you motivated but also provides a safe and welcoming space to move, meet new people, and embrace the streets of Adelaide, together.

Walking Wednesday is FREE and open to EVERYONE!
