The Fitness Hub is located in three different campus locations - North Terrace, Roseworthy and Waite - all with state-of-the-art equipment. Each location offers a variety of group fitness classes, personal training and nutritional guidance to participants at all levels of ability and experience.

Opening hours: 5AM – 12AM (Midnight), Monday – Sunday  

Staffed hours:  

• Monday to Thursday: 7AM – 8PM

• Friday: 7AM - 7:30PM  

• Saturday: 7:30AM – 1PM

• Sunday: 9AM – 12PM
   

Roseworthy

Address: Mudla Wirra Road, Roseworthy SA 5371 

Opening hours: 5AM – 10PM, Monday – Sunday  

Staffed hours:  

• Monday: 9AM - 5PM

• Wednesday: 7AM - 3PM

Waite

Address: The University of Adelaide Waite Campus, Urrbrae SA 5064 

Opening hours: 5AM – 10PM, Monday – Sunday  

Staffed hours:  

• Monday & Wednesday: 10AM – 2PM  

• Friday: 2PM – 6PM
