Our Premium PT service is designed to provide enhanced benefits and a more comprehensive approach to reaching your health and fitness goals.

Each session Premium PT session is 75 minutes long, with 60 minutes of focused training followed by a 15-minute debrief. This debrief is crucial for offering personalised feedback, discussing progress, addressing concerns, and answering any questions.

What's INCLUDED
  • Tailored Meal Plans: We know that nutrition plays a vital role in achieving fitness goals. Our Premium PT service include a sample meal plan customised to your dietary needs and fitness objectives, helping you make informed choices to support your training.
  • Personalised Macronutrient Breakdown: Our certified trainers will provide you with an individual macronutrient breakdown, detailing the optimal balance of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats for your body. This helps you fuel your workouts effectively and achieve your desired results.
  • Skin Fold Measurements and Progress Tracking: Tracking progress is key to achieving your fitness goals. As part of the Premium PT service, we offer regular skin fold measurements to monitor changes in your body composition and provide valuable insights into your progress.
  • Weekly Training Program Updates: Our trainers will design personalised weekly training programs tailored to your goals. These programs are updated regularly, considering your progress, preferences, and any specific areas you want to focus on.
