Adelaide University Sport and Fitness (AUSF) has strengthened its partnership with Programmed in 2024, with a further 12-month sponsorship that highlights the company’s commitment to enhancing community sport and recreation. Through their expert management and maintenance of AUSF’s green spaces, Programmed plays a key role in supporting the sports culture at the University of Adelaide.

Entering the seventh year, this sponsorship extends beyond financial support, as Programmed’s dedicated ground staff work closely with AUSF to ensure playing fields meet the highest standards. From daily training sessions to match-day events, this partnership ensures that Adelaide University’s Sport clubs have access to beautiful, high-quality green spaces that elevate the player and team experience.

“Programmed’s sponsorship is not just about funding—it’s about fostering excellence and supporting our mission to deliver outstanding sporting opportunities,” said Kurt Corsini, AUSF General Manager of Facilities. “Their work ensures that every field we operate is maintained to the highest standards, allowing us to provide great experiences for players, teams, and the wider community.”

In addition to routine upkeep, Programmed’s sponsorship also enables AUSF to meet unique needs, such as custom field markings for events like Pride Round and NAIDOC Week. The team also supports external hirers with specialised line marking and preparation for sports days and carnivals, which showcases their adaptability and expertise.

A good example of this collaboration is the maintenance of Park 12 #1, a premier venue used for both amateur football and first-grade cricket. With meticulous care, Programmed ensures the oval meets the elite standards required by the South Australian Cricket Association (SACA), reaffirming its status as a top-tier facility.

As part of the 2024 sponsorship, Programmed played an integral role in AUSF’s ability to host seamless sporting events, maintain excellent facilities, and meet the evolving demands of its community. “Having a partner like Programmed who invests in our vision and operations is invaluable,” added Michelle Wilson, CEO of AUSF. “Their commitment through sponsorship and expert services enables us to expand our offerings and celebrate sport at every level.”

This 12-month sponsorship not only showcased Programmed’s technical expertise but also reflects their dedication to supporting Adelaide University Sport and Fitness as part of the University of Adelaide and local community.
