Roshan Chandran crowned Junior National Champion

Elite Athlete Roshan Chandran has claimed the National Junior Epee Championship in Melbourne last month.
The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) student won five out of 6 poule matches, which seeded him in third before the elimination rounds.
Chandran's road to the championship didn't come easy, as he defeated the Open National Circuit Champion in the semi-final before coming up agaisnt the regining national champion.
He claimed victory in the final, defeating Jacob Ohrt 15-8 to become the first South Australian in 30 years to win this event.
The SASI athlete was immensely grateful saying, "I am really happy with my results and hope to continue this success in the future. Being able to compete while studying at The University of Adelaide is a huge privilege."
