YOga flow - WELlness WEDNESDAY's

Join us for our Wednesday Morning Social Yoga sessions, a FREE wellness activation exclusively for University of Adelaide Students and Staff. These 30-minute sessions are held every Wednesday from 7:15am to 7:45am in various beautiful locations across campus, including Barr Smith Lawns, Maths Lawns, and the Union House Exercise Studio. 

Join us and be part of a movement that prioritises health, wellness, and community connection.
