Planning for Semester 1 Orientation in 2025 is underway so please complete this form to confirm your club a space at the 2025 O'Week Sports Village.
As per Club affiliation agreement, it is a mandatory for clubs to attend the entirety of the Sports Village to encourage promotion of your club.
We want Clubs to provide "engaging and interactive experiences" so think outside the square to showcase your sport and recreation activity. Priority of space and activation areas will be given to clubs that complete the form promptly.
If your club has any ideas that may take time to develop or plan or if your club has challenges with attending the Sports Village, please contact Adriano Abarno.

In 2025 the University of Adelaide have Semester One Orientation scheduled across several weeks and AUSF would like to give all Clubs as many opportunities to activate, promote, engage and recruit as possible. Further opportunities to activate will be advised in due course, but please use the form to indicate your club's interest to be involved and receive further information.
