University of Adelaide Students Shine at Chengdu 2023 World University Games

It has been an exciting journey for University of Adelaide students Harrison Bagley and Lachlan Davis. They've recently had the chance to compete on the world stage and fulfill a childhood dream by representing their country at the prestigious Chengdu 2023 FISU Summer World University Games in Chengdu, China.

University of Adelaide students perform well at the 27th UniSport Indigenous Nationals

The annual 27th Indigenous Nationals were held from June 26-30 at Monash University in Clayton, Victoria and brought together student-athletes from universities across Australia to compete in a variety of sports including touch football, basketball, netball, and volleyball to ultimately crown one university team the champion of the games.

Take part in The Push Up Challenge to raise awareness about the importance of mental health

From the 1st to the 23rd of June the Adelaide University Sport and Fitness (AUSF) team will be taking part in the challenge and we are encouraging staff from the team and staff at the University to join OUR community by signing up to do 3144 push ups over 23 days.

Adelaide University athletes win medals at Athletics Nationals

The recent Athletics Nationals were held on the Gold Coast, and we had five of our Adelaide University athletes attend the event run by Uni Sport Australia; Victoria Cholsh, Georgia Wyatt-Read, Blake Jones, Joseph Mckinnon, and Bailey Giles. Special mention must go to Victoria, who won Gold in the 800m with a time of 2:09:63!
